2022 Constructive Disagreement: Collaborative Negotiations at Work presented by the Ivey Academy
In the workplace and in society it is important to find collaborative ways to resolve conflict. Many of us have developed a tendency to avoid conflict because we associate it with negative outcomes and emotions. However, addressing conflict collaboratively can help us develop mutual understanding, strengthen relationships and generate value.
Join us on Tuesday, August 30 for an interactive workshop co-hosted by Ivey Business School and the London Chamber of Commerce, where we’ll unpack the art and science of collaborative negotiations. Learn how to prepare for and engage in productive conversations to find efficient and effective solutions to conflict. A collaborative mindset can help you accomplish better outcomes for yourself and your organization.
