Hello employers!
We at King’s University College are working hard to help our students identify their unique skills and talents and communicate these competencies to potential employers. There are many ways for students to identify and articulate the qualities they bring to a potential role, but some of these are more recognized and well-received by employers than others. That’s why I am reaching out to employers to get an understanding of how they would like to see these skills and competencies articulated during the application process – what’s most effective and what methods are employers most (or least) likely to recognize and value?
