About Us

PHSS is a Provincial, non-profit, community-based organization, founded in London, Ontario, whose mission is to support individuals with complex medical, physical and/or developmental needs to live in their own homes and participate in community with family and friends. Its vision to be a leader in community inclusion speaks to innovation and pushing boundaries, enabling people to live in healthy, caring communities, and taking on the responsibility to contribute to the greater environment.
PHSS has 80+ locations in communities across Ontario, including London, St. Thomas, Stratford, Owen Sound, Ottawa, Nepean, Gloucester, Orleans and Lanark County. PHSS provides support services to 435 people at these locations, including in-home and day supports, overnight respite, You At Home, and community supports. In addition to these services, people supported are encouraged to follow their passions, including through art, music, sport and other pursuits.
PHSS is committed to providing lifetime care and support while encouraging and creating an inclusive community where individuals with complex needs have access to all the community has to offer and are included in a valued and meaningful way.
