Gap Inc is a founding member of RISE (Reimagining Industry to Support Equality). Launched in 2023, RISE brings together brands, manufacturers, unions, and civil society groups to advance gender equity in global garment, footwear and home textiles supply chains. Its programs build upon the legacy of Gap Inc.’s P.A.C.E. program, as well as BSR's HERproject, CARE, and Better Work. Since 2007, Gap Inc's investments in gender equity have reached more than 1.6 million women across 25 countries.
