Coronation Construction Inc. is a design-build residential and commercial renovation company based in London, Ontario. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and full home renovations, along with commercial build-outs for local businesses.

Led by President Sam Alibabai, our team manages every project from initial consultation through final walkthrough. We handle design, permitting, trade coordination, and project management in-house, working with trusted local subcontractors for specialty trades like flooring, drywall, and plumbing.

Every project starts with a free on-site consultation where we take measurements and discuss scope, followed by a detailed proposal within 48 hours. We use milestone-based payment structures so clients know exactly what to expect at each stage of construction. Our typical projects range from $30,000 to $200,000, and we usually run several active jobs at once, giving clients dedicated attention without long wait times.
