About Us

We provide mobile and computer-based software to assist truck fleet managers to track and retain drivers' Hours of Service (HoS), vehicle Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI), and vehicle Maintenance records so that their company is compliant with all MTO regulations. Our system is paperless and fully integrated with no special equipment or installation required.

Drivers use a smartphone or tablet to record their HoS and perform the PTI on their vehicle. Information is immediately stored in a cloud database and is accessible by administrative staff. Staff can create warnings and notifications for many things such as drivers approaching their daily or Cycle Driving or On Duty time limits; Driver, Vehicle, and CVOR license renewals; vehicle service reminders .. plus many more.

A workorder can be generated when a PTI defect is found and the details can immediately be sent to the Fleet Manager so that parts can be ordered and the repair scheduled. Technicians can note the time spent on each repair and attach pictures of parts invoices ... all electronic, all paperless. We can also integrate technicians from outside service depots.

Drivers' Daily Duty Logs, vehicle Inspection Reports, and all Maintenance records are stored online for the minimum period required by MTO. All records can be accessed at any time to be viewed and/or printed.
