My name is Alla. I came to Canada from Ukraine during the war with three children and only $122. I started with a small café, which was my first business experience, and later expanded to a full restaurant, combining authentic Ukrainian cuisine with Canadian breakfast. In 2023, I founded Ukrainian Pierogies Inc, and today we produce traditional Ukrainian pierogies for the local market in London, Ontario. I actively participate in conferences and business forums, including giving a presentation at Western University for entrepreneurs. My goal is to create high-quality food, support local producers, and build strong connections within London’s food ecosystem.
